The Play That Goes Wrong team land new BBC One series.

The company that brought THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG to the West End and Broadway, are launching a new series, The Goes Wrong Show on BBC One.

Filmed in front of a live audience, each episode is a 30 minute play that starts with the best intentions but quickly degenerates into chaos as the skills of the Cornley Players prove inadequate for the demands of live television in a studio.

The plays include: The Lodge (a horror); The Spirit of Christmas (A heartwarming yuletide piece); Harper's Locket (an Edwardian romance); The Pilot (a WW2 code-cracking adventure); A Trial to Watch (a legal battle); and 90 Degrees (set in the deep south, and at a 90 degree angle owing to a design misunderstanding).

The series comes after the success of the team’s BBC One specials Peter Pan Goes Wrong and A Christmas Carol Goes Wrong.
